Minimum of 25 pieces for items sold by the piece and minimum of 24 servings for items sold per person. Less than minimums welcome, please inquire about the slight upcharge. Most items can be delivered as trays.All our trays are garnished with seasonal fresh flowers and will look beautiful on any buffet.

Finger Sandwiches
$1.95 per person,
2 pieces per serving

All finger sandwiches are made with assorted soft and nutty breads, crusts cut-off. Lovely for tea or afternoon gatherings. Egg salad with capers and watercress. Traditional egg salad with celery and red onion. Roast beef and horseradish spread. Smoked salmon and chives. English cucumber and chervil.

Meatballs
$2.75 per person, 5 meatballs pp.
Sweet and sour with pineapple and ginger. Italian marinara. Western barbecue. Swedish.

Gourmet Meatballs
$3.95 per person, 5 meatballs pp.
Bloody Mary cocktail meatballs with vodka. Spanish albondigas with coriander, cumin and garlic. Served in a light tomato sauce. Thai meatball in an peanut red curry sauce. Middle eastern lamb and beef köfte with pistachios, served with tahini, lemon and cumin sauce.

Crudités $2.95 each
Seasonal vegetables, displayed with flair and finesse. Served with the chef’s special dips in a hollowed-out cabbage or pumpkin (seasonal). Please choose from the following dips:
Creamy roasted bell pepper, Mexican ranch, garden vegetable, lemon cream, lemon parmesan, herbes de Provence, white bean and fresh basil, sundried tomato.

Crudités with Olive Oil and Flavored Salts $2.95 each
Seasonal vegetables, displayed with flair and finesse. No creamy dips, only extra virgin olive oil, paprika, curry and dukka spices. Dukka is a fragrant blend with sesame seeds and ground almonds, cumin and other spices from the Eastern Mediterranean.

 

Artisan Cheese Boards
With fresh grapes, berries in season, dried fruits and nuts, baguette slices and assorted crackers, garnished with fresh flowers.

The International: $4.25 per person
A selection of hand-crafted cheeses, including, but not limited to: French Brie, Boursin, St. André, English huntsman (stilton layered with cheddar), whiskey cheddar, Spanish drunken goat, Dutch smoked Edam, Spanish Manchego, English Royal Windsor.

The Domestic: $3.50 per person
An all American selection not limited to: Wisconsin cheddar, Salsa Jack, American Brie, mild goat cheese, with herbs, cheese logs.

Baked Brie: This serves 15-20 guests. $49.75 each
Always a hit! Our creamy French Brie (2.2 lbs.), is topped with your choice of the following:
•Brown sugar, fresh rosemary and walnuts.
•Caramelized onion, simmered with white wine, garlic and fresh thyme.
•Wild mushrooms and fresh herbs. •Praline and orange.
The Brie is then wrapped in puff pastry. The top is decorated with pastry leaves. Served with baguette slices and crackers.

A smaller version of our baked Brie, serves 4-6. $12.95 each
Available with Peach chutney, Brown sugar and rosemary or Caramelized onion.
