and Walnut Terrine

Dolce (mild) gorgonzola, cream cheese, mild soft goat cheese and chives
are blended together and layered in a long terrine with toasted walnuts.
The terrine is then unmolded and served with sliced baguette and crackers.
Wine note: A bright, tangy sparkling wine such as the
inexpensive Nonvintage Domaine Chandon Blanc de Noir will cut the richness
of the cheese and walnuts.
