All of the following menus are available for dinner as well, for a slight up charge per person. Minimum of 8 lunches of 1 kind please. Slight up charge applies for less than minimums. Lunch buffets are available for delivery or full-service catering. For full-service, staff time is additional.

Grilled Salmon Fillet with a Tropical Salsa $13.95 per person
Mixed green salad w/our house Dijon balsamic. Grilled salmon with a tropical salsa. Served warm or cold, with a pineapple, kiwi salsa and artisan breads. Assorted gourmet bar cookies.

Halibut Grilled in Corn Husks
$13.95 per person
Mixed green salad w/our house Dijon balsamic. Boneless halibut fillet, topped with a basil-tomato butter, grilled to perfection. Maque choux - a spiced New Orleans creamed corn dish with red bell peppers, corn, yellow onion, sherry, scallions, diced bacon and cream. Artisan breads. Assorted gourmet bars.

Salmon and Chicken Buffet $16.95 per person
Mixed green salad w/our house Dijon balsamic. Cold poached salmon with a refreshing cucumber cream sauce. Boneless grilled teriyaki chicken breast. Garden orzo salad with yellow and red bell peppers, red onion, black olives and peas, light vinaigrette dressing. Artisan breads. Lemon tartlets with a poppy seed crust, assorted gourmet bar cookies.

  

Maple and Cider Pork Loin Buffet $13.95 per person
Mixed green salad with our house Dijon balsamic. Pork loin, brined with maple syrup and apple cider, sliced thin, served with a maple bourbon sauce. Creamed leeks and apples, herbed rice pilaf. Chocolate chocolate chip bundt cake.

Beer Chili and Sage Pork Loin $13.95 per person
Mixed green salad w/our house Dijon balsamic. Pork loin, brined with dark beer, molasses, brown sugar and sage. Sliced thin, served with a light sauce, herbed rice pilaf with pine nuts. Double chocolate Grand Marnier cake.

Iced tea or lemonade, 1/2 gallon: $4.95

All of our lunches are delivered in disposable containers. All paper goods and cutlery
are included. China and linen rentals are available, as well as professional serving staff
for your event. Please inquire. Sales tax and a delivery charge of $15 will be added to

fine sauces.
