Special Occasion Dinners - Buffet or Plated
All plated dinners garnished with our signature orchid, unless specified. Customized menus, game menus and substitutions are welcomed, please inquire. Minimum of 12 dinners of one kind please. Slight up charge applies for less than minimum. Some of the following dinners may not be possible for large groups.

Medallion of chicken breast, topped with a shiitake mushroom Duxelle, wrapped in light puff pastry served with a mushroom velouté sauce. Yukon gold gruyère galette.

Grilled Tandoori Game Hens $21.95
A wonderful Indian yogurt marinade. Chickpea salad, curried potatoes and cauliflower, spiced almond and apricot rice pilaf, cucumber raita.

Honey Ginger Glazed Cornish Game Half $16.95
Herbed rice pilaf with slivered almonds.

Stuffed Cornish Game Hen $18.95
Stuffed with a corn bread and wild rice stuffing. Served with a decadent pomegranate sauce. Summer squash gratin with Parmesan and basil.
