Special Occasion Dinners - Buffet or Plated
All plated dinners garnished with our signature orchid, unless specified. Customized menus, game menus and substitutions are welcomed, please inquire. Minimum of 12 dinners of one kind please. Slight up charge applies for less than minimum. Some of the following dinners may not be possible for large groups.

Grilled Tri-Tips and Herbed Chicken $18.95
Tri-tips are marinated with red wine, garlic and herbs, sliced thin and served with au jus. Chicken breasts, thighs and legs, rubbed with olive oil, lemon and fragrant herbs, roasted. Roasted garlic Yukon gold mashers.

Grilled Tri-Tip and Fennel-Mustard Pork $19.95
Tri-tips are marinated with red wine, garlic and herbs, sliced thin and served with
au jus.
Pork loin
is marinated with Dijon mustard, French Pernod, and cracked black pepper. Served with a light sauce. Roasted garlic Yukon gold mashers. Summer squash gratin with Parmesan, basil and heavy cream.


Prime Rib and Pesto Chicken $25.95
Pesto Chicken: Lemon and herbs marinated chicken breast, roasted with a basil, thyme and olive oil rub
served with a light velouté sauce.
Pepperberry and garlic-crusted prime rib: Carved at the buffet, served with horseradish sauce. Lemon-thyme potato and zucchini mash.

Mahogany Beef Stew $17.95
Beef is simmered with red wine, herbs and a touch of hoisin sauce. Delicious! Served with a potato purée with horseradish cream and garlic spinach.

Braised Beef Short Ribs $19.95
Beef short ribs are slowly simmered with red wine and herbs! Served with a potato purée with horseradish cream and garlic spinach.

 

Spoon-Tender Pot Roast $17.95
With a rich red-wine sauce. Horseradish and cream mashed potatoes.

Tender beef filets are served with a rich, velvety red wine sauce. This dish deserves your best Cabernet Sauvignon or Red Bordeaux. Served with creamy and buttery mashed Yukon gold potatoes.

Roasted Boneless Prime Rib or NY Strip $25.95
Served medium, with a wild mushroom compound butter. Sun-dried tomato and cream mashed potatoes.

Grilled Fillet Mignon and Stuffed Shrimp $33.95
Served plated only. Field greens with an orange-chile dressing and toasted pecans. Tender beef fillet, topped with a fresh herb butter. Baked stuffed shrimp with a crabmeat stuffing Baked Yukon gold
potato with sweet butter, crème fraiche
and fresh chives.
