All plated dinners garnished with our signature orchid, unless specified. Customized menus and substitutions are welcomed, please inquire. Minimum of 12 dinners please. Slight upcharge applies for less than minimum.

Florentine Stuffed Shells

Spinach and cheese stuffed shells with a light red sauce, garlic bread.

Lasagna $11.95 per person
Vegetarian Lasagna: zucchini, carrots, spinach, and ricotta, with a light white sauce.
Wild Mushroom Lasagna: wild and domestic mushrooms, zucchini, caramelized onions in a cheese béchamel sauce (please add $4.00 per person for this option).
Butternut squash and hazelnut: herbed sautéed squash, toasted hazelnuts in a white béchamel with Parmesan. (please add $2.50 per person for this option).
Garlic bread.

Mediterranean Ratatouille Casserole $13.95 per person
Eggplant, squash, peppers, onions, pasta and herbs, topped with 4 cheeses.

 

Tuscan Eggplant Gratin
$13.95 per person
White beans, eggplants, onions and plum tomatoes, topped with herbed breadcrumb, baked until golden brown.

Wild Rice Stuffed Acorn Squash
$13.95 per person
Acorn squash half, stuffed with wild rice, shiitake mushrooms, onion, celery and carrots, moistened with Madeira and maple syrup, topped with toasted pecans.

Artichoke Heart Wellington
$23.95 per person
Artichoke heart with a savory mushroom and herb filling, wrapped in light puff pastry and served with a lemon Hollandaise sauce.
